Darwinism and Sociology

Course descriptions:
The course gives explanations about Darwinism, or an evolutionary theory, then deals with its influence to the development of human society during the 19th to 20th centuries. Modernization of Japan will be discussed along with the introduction of Western cultures, including Darwinism. Visual aids by using the Power Point, etc. will be prepared.
